It looks like NVidia fixed their drivers and VMR 9 video playback is working again. If driver version 32.0.16.1088 or above is detected Media Foundation will not be forced.
Adds configurable input delay settings (under general settings).
Fixes small bug where screenshots where not working when exit game timer was on.
