Added support for visual pinball tables and pinmame nvram files in individual table folders. Also known as initial visual pinball 10.8.1 support.
Fixes small bug where screenshots where not working when exit game timer was on.
I am not sure how I neglected this all these years but there was no keyboard/gamepad repeat delay. This is now in there. The initial delay before repeat was also too high.
